Digitizing

Payment for digitizing services must be paid in advance. Digitizing fees are non-refundable.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Unclaimed Orders

All completed orders that are not picked up within 90 days are subject to being disposed of.

Turnaround Time

There is a minimum of 2 business days turnaround time for small orders. Large orders may take longer. Rush charges may be charged if necessary.

Stitch Removal

The fee for stitch removal starts at $10 per removal when possible. We no longer remove leather stitching.
